We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional service with a smile. The location of the hotel on a hill provided a spectacular vista of Lake Annecy and surrounding mountains. We had a room with a balcony that offered breathtaking views. We enjoyed a generous breakfast and even visited a nearby boulangerie. The hotel was conveniently located to a very good restaurant in the next village where we had a superb meal at a reasonable price. Parking and transportation were also very convenient. We were happy to use it again as an overnight stop.
Couldn't fault it.

What a fantastic find. If you are looking for a comfortable place in an accessible location to explore the lake and mountains and enjoy a variety of recommended restaurants you couldn't wish for a better place. If you also play golf you will be in paradise. Light airy modern rooms each with a patio area outside with a view overlooking the lake. Away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy but all places accessible by boat or car. The owner is very friendly and helpful and at hand to suggest places to visit and organise restaurant visits, ensuring the best possible tables! He is even prepared to pick you up at the end of the evening. Substantial breakfast provided and a bar for evening drinks. Ideal for independent travellers who avoid the stuffiness and protocols of large hotels.

staff was very helpfull...location of the hotel is better than the others at the city-center. Silent but close to everywhere..the rooms are well designed. We stayed at the second floor on the lake side...
although it was stated tahat the otel is close to the lake; in reality it was not.

The rooms each have own Balcony overlooking the lake (in the distance) also views of Mountains. The rooms are furnished to the highest spec and were spotless, lots of plugs and lighting close to where you would want them. A good sized bathroom, again with excellent fittings. The location is very quiet and secluded, approx 6 miles on a sraight road from Annecy, where all the action is!!!. The owners advise us of a local beauty spot, a gorge which was approx 13 miles away, well worth a visit at only 5 Euro, spent nearly a whole day in the Gorge and had a most excellent lunch at its little restaurant
Breakfast was a little pricey at approx 12 Euro each, probably would need sat nav to locate, could do with a few larger signs

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was quiet and convenient. The room was comfortable and a good size. Parking was easy and access to nearby Annecy and other places round the lake was good - by car.
It was more like a motel than a hotel. Facilities were very limited. They served a good breakfast but no other meals, although the staff were happy to book meals for us in good local restaurants. It was quite expensive for what it was, but it is an expensive area and other hotels in the region are equally or more expensive.

Quiet if slightly remote location with lake and mountain views. Rooms nicely appointed, a small Hotel with friendly proprietors.
